Don’t see your question here, feel free to get in touch

  • Counselling is a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly about your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with a trained professional. It’s not about giving advice or telling you what to do, my role as a counsellor is to help you understand yourself better, identify patterns, and develop strategies for positive change.

Whether you’re struggling with specific challenges or simply want to gain clarity and self-awareness, counselling provides support and guidance tailored to your unique needs.

  • You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Many people seek therapy when they feel anxious, stressed, sad, or stuck, but it can also be helpful if you’re facing a big decision, adjusting to change, or wanting to work on personal growth.

If you’ve noticed that your thoughts or emotions are affecting your relationships, work, or daily life, talking to a counsellor can be a powerful first step toward feeling better.

  • Finding the right counsellor is very personal; what matters most is that you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. It‘s more than okay to shop around; in fact, it’s encouraged that you do!
Your first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and determine if it feels like a good fit. If you decide to try a different therapist, that’s completely okay, the goal is for you to find the best support for your journey.

  • Counselling can support you through a wide range of personal, emotional, and relational challenges, such as:

    • Anxiety, stress, and panic attacks

    • Depression or low mood

    • Relationship or family conflicts

    • Grief, loss, or life transitions

    • Low self-esteem or confidence

    • Trauma or past experiences

    • Burnout or workplace challenges

You don’t have to face these issues alone. Together, we can explore what’s happening and find healthier ways to cope and move forward.

  • Sessions typically last 50 minutes. This gives us enough time to explore your thoughts and feelings without rushing, while also maintaining focus on your goals for each session.

  • Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of counselling. Everything you share is kept private, in line with professional ethics and data protection laws.
The only exceptions occur if there is a serious concern about your safety or the safety of others, or if required by law (for example, in cases involving harm to a child or vulnerable adult, money laundering or terrorism). In such cases, I will always aim to discuss the situation with you first before taking any action, unless it is unsafe to do so.

  • You can easily book a session by getting in touch through the online form or by email. You are also welcome to text me on 07591224879. I will get back to you within 2 days (excluding weekends).

I offer a free 30-minute exploratory call, or alternatively, if you're ready to make a start, I’ll be in touch to discuss availability. Once we’ve agreed on a time, you’ll receive a confirmation and all the details you need to prepare for your first session.

  • I offer a variety of options, you can choose the format that suits you best.

    • In-person sessions provide a face to face experience in a calm, confidential setting.

    • Online sessions (via Zoom, a secure video call) offer flexibility and comfort, allowing you to connect from home or anywhere in the world.
Both options are equally effective, and we can discuss what might work best for you.

    • I am also happy to offer a hybrid approach, if a mix of both might be more suited to you.

  • Session fees are £40 per 50 minute session for in-person and online sessions.

You can pay for each session as you go, with payment required in advance of the session. Alternatively you can pay monthly, if this is more suited to you.

  • The number of sessions varies from person to person. Some clients find a few sessions helpful, while others benefit from longer-term work to explore deeper patterns and personal growth.
During your first few sessions, we’ll discuss your goals and expectations that feel right for you. You’re always free to continue or stop at any point.
