    When you call 111, you’ll be connected to trained advisors who can:

    • Listen to what’s going on and assess your situation.

    • Connect you with the local NHS urgent mental health helpline.

    • Arrange for you to speak to a mental health professional.

    • Give advice on what to do next, whether that’s self-care, contacting your GP, or getting immediate help.
